Pick up an Atomic Pi SBC and a baby breakout board for an easy power solution. Links provided for reference, you can shop around for a good deal. 

A 5v 4 Amp Power Supply & HDMI Cable

USB 3.0 HUB & USB 3.0 to Sata Adapter for SSD

An Atomic Pi & Flush Baby Breakout board

Get a 5 Volt 4 Amp power supply with a barrel connector, as well as an HDMI cable to connect to a monitor.

Pick an SSD of your choice that will be used to install your Operating System and store blockchain data.

Use a USB stick to load a bootable installer image of your choice. And a mouse and keyboard of course. Ubuntu & Lubuntu are recommended.

All you will need to do is install an OS to the SSD as well as Safex CLI & TWM Wallet

To access the system BIOS hit delete on power up and select the boot order needed.
